iMac & Juicing:)

So I'm writing this post from my new iMacPro!!! Happy Early Valentine's & Birthday to me! Our old laptop needed a new battery, so I asked Buck if we could go pick one up at Best Buy... he just smiled and said, "you know we're just gonna get a Mac if we go in there." That was NOT my intention, but I ain't complainin'! This Mac is ah-mazing. Everything is so seamless... wondering why it's taken us so long to get one. I've downloaded several preschool apps for Lynk. He's such a fast technology learner. It amazes me to watch him on a computer. Their favorite thing is to open up photobooth and take crazy pics of their faces altered in various ways. Gavy laughs hysterically:)

Well, I started juicing again. I've gotta do something about being overweight... it's so old. Tonight I made an awesome juice recipe... it was something even the boys loved. To keep them away from my dinner, I made them a juiced concoction as well. Both gobbled it up and never asked for anything else before bedtime. Definite Plus! Looks like I'll be heading to the grocery store tomorrow to load up on veggies and fruit.

Took the boys to the Keller Library today for preschool story-time. They really enjoyed it. Lynk did SOOOO good. He sat the entire time and participated in all the activities. Gavy was another story. He stayed seated for awhile, but only lasted 2 of the 3 stories. Luckily the lady reading had them sing songs and do motion dances between each story. They ended the session with an art project. Awesome:) After the story-time, the boys looked around at the books, but I soon found both on a computer with headphones and playing preschool games. So cute. Unfortunately the Keller library wouldn't let me get a card because we are Fort Worth residents... bla... so we couldn't check out any books. Looks like we'll be going for the story time and computer time weekly though.

Found a Groupon for a place called CooCoos in Plano. We took the boys last week before Buck had to leave for work again. It was a giant bounce house warehouse for little kids only. Boys had a blast. As usual Gavy was my dare-devil while Lynk was the cautious one not wanting to climb too high. We took them during a weekday and it was almost empty. There were at most 5 other families there... huge plus. A friend informed me that Urban Air does preschool mornings on Wednesdays and Fridays, so we'll be checking that out real soon too.

Laura and Jen invited me and the boys for a play-date tomorrow at McDonalds. I can't wait to see them again! Very excited to see how everyone is doing and see how much their little girls have grown. Should be just what I need right now.

I started loom knitting about a week ago. LOVE it! It's so relaxing. I've already made a baby blanket for a friend that just found out she's pregnant with her first baby. I'm so happy for her and look forward to making many booties, hats, & blankets:)
